Responsibilities:This individual will be responsible for doing system analysis, design, development and documentation for existing mainframe UCPS COBOL/JCL/CICS modulesSystem Analysis, documentation of use cases, B2Bs etc.Coding and designCode reviews with other team leadsFunctional testingWorking with business/ product owners on requirements analysisWork on fixing defects/enhancing codeRequired:Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2 - 5 or more years of experienceMainframe experiencePrevious system analysis and development workPrevious technical lead workAbility to read and interpret codeAbility to clearly document analysis and design in non-technical termsHighly organizedAble to coordinate and multi-taskAbility to dig in and researchGreat people skills (needs to facilitate meetings)Knowledge and experience with the 837 and/or 835 processesMay include off hours work - evening and/or weekend.
