Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structuresPerform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings as neededTroubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including leaks and clogsConduct basic electrical repairs and maintenancePerform pipe painting on the roof as necessaryCover holes and repair damage to walls and other surfacesMaintain equipment and tools in good working conditionAdhere to safety protocols and regulations at all timesRequired Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance and repairs, preferably in a commercial or industrial settingStrong knowledge of troubleshooting plumbing systemsProficiency in painting techniques and surface preparationAbility to perform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilingsExperience with pipe painting and other roofing maintenance tasksPhysical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and reaching
