About the Role:
Airswift is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planning Technician to join our US Onshore Resources & Carbon Management (ORCM) team. This office-based role in Platteville, Colorado, focuses on managing and analyzing data to support maintenance planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize the organization's SAP Master Data Management strategy to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Assist with occasional field data collection and manage the entry of field-supplied data into SAP and supporting systems.

Collect, manage, and convert raw data into actionable insights for analysis across the organization.

Ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency to support operational decision-making.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Vendors.

Conduct meetings with field operations teams to validate data and address operational needs.

Prioritize and coordinate tasks across multiple work groups, ensuring timely data reporting.

Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or G.E.D. required; additional technical certifications are a plus.

Preferred experience with SAP and a basic understanding of the oil and gas industry.

Proficiency in SAP, SQL, and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.

Experience with reporting and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.

Strong expertise with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

Basic knowledge of oil and gas operations, equipment, and field data collection.

Willingness to assist with occasional field data collection as needed.
