Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Store Maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and inviting store environment that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.Maintain a respectful and supportive work environment with peers.Adhere to all store operational policies and procedures.Follow safety protocols and general housekeeping procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and employees.Stock and maintain products on shelves and in coolers following FIFO and other established procedures.Ensure cleanliness and appearance in all areas of the store, including restrooms, self-serve areas, shelves, floors, windows, and customer-facing areas.Maintain cleanliness of the exterior of the store, including cleaning pumps, filling wiper fluid buckets, sweeping/shoveling sidewalks, and monitoring wastebaskets.Perform property inspections, monitoring for ice, potholes, and debris on the premises.Review Store Communication Board daily for important updates and/or information.Perform tasks and procedures utilizing all SOPs and handbooks.Adhere to Dandy’s employee attendance and punctuality policy.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Skills Required:

Excellent customer service skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience a plus, but not necessary.Availability to work holidays, weekends, overtime, or non-standard hours.Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance according to Dandy’s dress code policy.Ability to represent yourself and TEAM Dandy positively and respectfully.Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
