**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on food processing equipment. This includes both mechanical and electrical repairs. You will also be responsible for breaking down machinery for cleaning and starting up the machinery. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills are essential for this role. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance on food processing equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues. + Break down machinery for cleaning and restart machinery. + Use maintenance experience to perform repairs and PMs on equipment and machines. + Work 10-12 hour days for 7 days a week, with potential for reduced hours once more technicians are hired. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of food manufacturing maintenance experience or 7+ years of manufacturing machine maintenance experience. + Electrical troubleshooting skills on 24-480V; ability to trace electrical issues on a machine. + Experience with pneumatics, power transmission, pulleys, chains, sprockets, drives, motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, and gears. + Basic PLC knowledge. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in San Antonio,TX. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Feb 10, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
