Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the maintenance and repair of essential equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour
Shift - 2nd - 2 pm to 10 pm (hours can vary)

What's the Job?

Safely and timely execute a variety of equipment repairs and building maintenance tasks. Perform daily cleaning of industrial machinery to ensure optimal operation. Conduct ground maintenance including snow and ice removal, weeding, sweeping, and washing building exteriors. Grease and maintain machinery, automobiles, semi-trucks, and trailers. Inspect and maintain rooftop HVAC systems and conduct safety equipment inspections as necessary.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or GED. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance or a related field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
