The Maintenance Assistant will assist the facility manager in the Building and Grounds Department for The Adler Center along with their grounds.  This includes helping to make sure all systems and equipment are fully functioning and that these properties are well maintained.  Assistance with issues at the Merrifield Office as well as the DC and MD inpatient units is sometimes needed as well.

 

Location: Adler Center - Aldie, VA

 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

 

COVID-19 vaccine required to be completed upon start.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Assistant assists in Building and Grounds Department and acts as backup to the Facility Manager.

Must have general maintenance experience.

 

Education Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
