POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the regular care and maintenance of the physical plant and grounds as directed by the Director of Maintenance so that the facility is aesthetically pleasing, properly repaired, and well maintained by following all preventative maintenance schedules and company policies and procedures. The Maintenance Technician will perform the routine duties of the Director of Maintenance in the absence of that person.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensure all mandatory training is completed on time. Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic file keeping system. Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area, including shops and equipment rooms. Manages time, projects, and records effectively. Maintains a working in-home or mobile phone and provides the number to the center. Assists the Director of Maintenance with quality assurance inspections, HUD inspections if applicable, and preventative maintenance review inspections as required. Reports all instances of suspected abuse or neglect or other concerns to appropriate parties. Performs other duties as necessary for the successful operation of the healthcare center.
