Experience Required: General maintenance and repair experience preferred. Professional Licensure and Certification Required: N/A *Must have valid driver’s license Essential Functions + Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion. + Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs. + Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility. + Run errands as needed for supplies—requires driving a motor vehicle. + Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed. + Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.
