Bowling Green Brandywine is looking for a full-time Maintenance Assistant

This position is responsible for providing facilities maintenance at our healthcare facility

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Entry level position, basic skills required

Must be willing to learn, advancement opportunities available

Performs base building general maintenance task such as replacement and or repair of ceiling tiles, door hardware, restroom fixtures, lighting and general repairs to building finishes.  Replacement to assets light fixtures and lighting controls. Know how to properly use hand tools assigned to his or her person. Performs trash pickup at the property. Keep all shop and mechanical areas organized and clean. Assist maintenance techs with projects
