We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team! This role is responsible for monitoring preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment. This role would also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shotting of the building systems and equipment for our Senior Assisted Living Community in Wyoming, MN.

Meadows on Fairview Senior Living, is Ebenezer’s 51 Unit Assisted Living and Transitional Care Community located in Wyoming, MN near Highway 35, County Roads 8, and 61. Conveniently across the street from Fairview Lakes Hospital and Dialysis center offering a full continuum of care for our residents. Responsibilities/Job Description Repairs and maintains physical structure and grounds. This includes the following:Repairs items found deficient by maintenance or requested by work ordersChanges filters and check belts on air handle unitsChecks kitchen equipmentGreases, checks belts and oils on laundry equipmentHelps in housekeeping as requestedAssists with moving boxes, furniture, etcMaintains shop in a lean and orderly mannerRemoves snow from sidewalks and walkways and uses ice melt on sidewalks as neededTrims around bushes, trees, and sidewalksRemoves debris and downed palm frondsKeeps grounds safe and looking neat and attractiveProcesses work oders and performs other duties as assignedAssists with turnover of apartments for new residentsAll other duties as assigned and directed QualificationsRequired:
Current Driver's License (in good standing)One to Three years of experienceExperience with mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systemsPreferred:
