We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Fridley, MN! This position will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment. They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment. This maintenance schedule includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Maintain common living areas and apartments through services requestsGet vacant aparments ready with painting, general carpentry, floor care, cleaning and other repairsBasic maintenance and safety awarenessAssist the Environmental Services Director in monitoring preventative maintenance programs on all equipmentAbility to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, vendors, visitors and supervisors.Ability to follow written and verbal directions.Ability to respond to tenant/visitor/staff medical emergencies in accordance with facility guidelines.  Qualifications

Required:

One to three years of experienceDriver's License in good standing

Preferred:
