We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join out senior living team. This position will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment. They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment. Responsibilities Job Description Basic maintenance and safety awareness Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, vendors, visitors and supervisors. Ability to follow written and verbal directions. Ability to respond to tenant/visitor/staff medical emergencies in accordance with facility guidelines.
