We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant Manager to join our team in Nissan Motor Egypt.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery and equipment, preventing unscheduled breakdowns, and achieving plant renovation plans. This role requires strong leadership, decision making capabilities, analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A Day in the Life:

Provide proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment.

Preventing loss due to unscheduled equipment breakdown “QTC”.

Validate preventive maintenance schedules

Inspect on a regular base equipment working conditions and maintenance systems and ensure that all standards are maintained

Validate technical offers from suppliers and contractors

Transform maintenance from reactive breakdown operation to proactive preventive maintenance focus by implementing TPM strategy

Manage controllable expenses and supplies within approved budgets to achieve profitability targets

Validate skill, equipment and management training plan

Direct maintenance operations and facility inspections ensuring compliance of occupational health, environmental and authority regulations

Manage plant equipment renovation plan.

Who We’re Looking for:                                                                

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering

Strong knowledge of maintenance management system

6-8 years of experience in industrial field

Fluency in Arabic and English

Proficiency in MS Office

Time management skills
