As the Maintenance Assistant you will preform preventive maintenance as necessary on all the aspects of the building structures and systems. Assisting and preforming of general maintenance to floors, walls, lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on building structures, grounds, building systems, and equipment. Assists in the performance of general maintenance, to include floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other items. Assist with general maintenance on HVAC equipment. The Maintenance Assistant may also be required to conduct business related errands including delivering and picking up company owned vehicles as well as parts and supply pickup as directed. State driver's license at time of employment. Annual clean and safe driver's record.
