Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Associate - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Maintenance Associate, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operational goals of the plant. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Maintenance Associate - 2nd Shift: 330pm to 2am (Mon-Thur)
**Location:** Kennesaw, GA
**Pay Range:** ?$20-$23 per hour (based on experience)
**What's the Job?**
+ Complete work order requests to build and repair equipment efficiently and accurately.
+ Perform preventive maintenance assignments to ensure all equipment operates in optimal condition.
+ Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, making necessary repairs or adjustments.
+ Utilize shop machinery and hand tools to modify or repair parts and equipment.
+ Maintain accurate inventory of parts and document all work performed.
**What's Needed?**
+ Technical School Degree or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
+ Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical problems.
+ Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
+ Commitment to following safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
