Maintenance Associate

Troubleshooter needed for high volume manufacturing facility located in Lexington, SC. Specific requirements are the ability to troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues in a high paced production environment. Able to replace and correct any mechanical issues on production machinery. Troubleshoot water cooling systems and pumps, as well as vacuum systems and compound delivery systems. Also needs to have ability to troubleshoot basic AC/DC relay control circuits, AC/DC motors, extruder heating and cooling circuits. Applicant must be able to troubleshoot using schematics and electrical prints. Must be able to use computers and maintenance management systems for documentation. 4 years equivalent work experience required. Applicant must be self motivated and able to work in a small team environment. Applicant needs to have good problem-solving skills and able to learn quickly.
