This role ensures that all necessary parts are available for maintenance activities, coordinates orders, and maintains accurate inventory records. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: + Own the sites effective inventory control program, including setting minimum and economic order quantities. Recommend improvements to storeroom layouts and procedures to enhance efficiency. + Purchase necessary MRO materials to ensure the availability of parts and supplies for plant operations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and prioritize purchasing needs. + Expedite incoming materials shipments as needed. Communicate closely with team members awaiting receipts to prevent disruptions to plant operations. + Locate and source critical repair parts, identifying and recommending satisfactory substitutes for unavailable materials and services. Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely access to needed parts. + Perform regular analyses to determine the most efficient inventory levels required to facilitatetimely and effective repairs. Adjust inventory strategies based on analysis findings. **Important Details:** + This is a full-time, on-site roleon 1st Shift 7am-3pm.
