Reports to Maintenance Manager. Enters information and data into the computer and interacts with vendors and other maintenance personnel in the shops. Research and answers requests for information. Builds and enters data into Excel spreadsheets. Provides information to customers and Saia personnel. **Preferred Qualifications** + Minimum 6 months of previous office experience + Prior customer service experience + Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Knowledge of AS400 system Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour, based on experience **Benefits** At Saia, your success is our success!
