Maintenance Consultancy Manager

Wood is seeking a Maintenance Consultancy Manager, covering the Americas, to join our Digital Consulting Team in Houston. 

The Maintenance Consultancy Manager (Americas) directs and guides the growth, development and delivery performance of the Wood Maintenance Consultancy service line across the Americas.

The Maintenance Consultancy service line delivers a wide range of projects and services including CMMS Builds, Maintenance Strategy Development, Maintenance Procedures and Instructions, Maintenance Optimisation Services, Master Data Management, Spares and Asset Criticality Analysis and Maintenance Studies/Audits, to name just a few.

If you have experience in the Maintenance Consultancy field, along with department management and client interface experience, this role may be ideal for you.

Applicants must be authorized to lawfully work in the US, without sponsorship from Wood now or in the future.

Objective:

Accountable for safety, technical and financial performance across country/region, assuming budgetary and P&L responsibility and demonstrating clear safety leadership; achieving monthly and annual targets and embedding company values. 

Provides guidance and direction to management and support teams in the day-to-day management of delivery, ensuring appropriate controls and governance are in place and ensuring Wood is working to the highest possible standards of integrity, safety, quality and operational excellence. 

Develops and implement solutions to strategic, contractual, technical, commercial, operational and personnel related challenges which impact on customer service and performance, in alignment to Wood strategy, process and guidelines. 

Provides client interfacing for the Maintenance Consultancy service line, while working collaboratively with Growth & Development function in winning work and promoting Wood’s wider service lines.

Manages ongoing business, under the direction of / accountable to Global Director(s) - responsible for budget setting and delivery, contracts, capacity and resource management, and capability management. May be delivering several services and capabilities, may manage a single major office or facility or multiple smaller offices / facilities.
