Maintenance Control Operator
Under general supervision, The Hippo (CMMS) Operator, will operate and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and databases for Facilities Maintenance requirements. They will also be responsible for upholding the standard policies and procedures within their assigned department.

Understanding CCS (Conveyor Controls System)Ability to manage product flow though the CCSAbility to diagnose problem areas withing the CCSUnderstanding of material handling equipmentUnderstanding of automated conveyor controlsFamiliar with Automated material handling equipmentAbility to work with all CCS software interfacesProvide daily/weekly reporting updates from shiftCoordinate needed repairsWork with all departments using MHE  Direct maintenance personnel to problem areasCoordinate with CMMS operator on potential needed repairs    

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

Must have knowledge of all applicable safety rules and regulations, and understanding of extended safety required in the Maintenance, electrical, technical trades required to perform repairs on the above listed equipment through previous job experienceMust be CAL OSHA certified on a Turret, Reach, Order Picker, Walker Rider, Manual Pallet equipment, etc.Ability to keep the department OSHA Compliant.Extensive knowledge of all company policies and procedures with an emphasis on safetyCommunicate with upper management dailyAbility to take directives from direct supervisorExhibit excellent oral and written communication skillsMust be detail orientedMust be able to take constructive criticismMust always exhibit the ability to work in a professional and courteous manner  Must be able to perform any other special projects and/or general requests made by direct supervisor as neededAbility to comprehend company customized systems and programs, e.g., WMSAbility to contribute hands on.Work with minimal supervisionPerform housekeeping duties when needed

Pay Rate is $26-$36
