Ability to work within a team-oriented, high-paced work environment (essential requirement) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within a cross-functional team environment (essential requirement)Must be detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and task management skills (essential requirement) Expertise in applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), General Operation Manuals, and MELs (essential requirement) Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturer's Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc. (essential requirement) Must be proficient in spreadsheet, word documents and other office software (essential requirement) 5 Year industry experience (aircraft maintenance/technical operations) with a Part 121 or 135 operator (essential requirement) Ability to work 10 or 12 hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays (essential requirement) Ability to travel on occasion if required (essential requirement) Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting (essential requirement) Ability to occasionally lift 5-20 pounds (essential requirement)
Pay & Perks
Compensation range $98,838.00 - $108,838. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
