Responsibilities
Administration of RTA Maintenance Management Software:Daily data entry of Repair Orders created by TechniciansDaily data entry of vehicle mileage readingsCreation of parts Purchase OrdersReceiving, counting, and data input of all purchased partsResponsible for periodic inventory counting and auditingMonthly reporting and EOP updates, document filing, and photocopyingCreate and maintain Word and Excel reports and documentsAdditional duties as assignedCompany-branded shirts will be provided, and required to be worn while on duty
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalentMust have computer usage skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be a team player, yet be able to work independentlyProficient using Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applicationsFlexible; able to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptionsExperience with RTA (Ron Turley Associates) maintenance software a plusTravel for company business is occasionally required
License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record
DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required
Salary Range: $22.00 per hour
