The Maintenance Coordinator serves as in-office support for the field service technicians. Thisposition is responsible for administering the collection and compilation of information for billing.Issuing, scheduling, processing & tracking the completion of work orders. Serve in a support role forthe Maintenance Manager with various projects.
\n\nDuties include but are not limited to:
\n\n\nIdentify opportunities for additional property association maintenance work and build new relationship with customers.\nCommunicate vital maintenance information as it relates to property association managers and othercustomers.\nUtilize technology provided including software, mobile devices, email and other resources.\nServe as in-office assistance for the maintenance & construction field technicians.\nAdminister the collection and compilation of work order information for billing.\nScheduling, dispatching, processing & tracking the completion of property association work orders.\nSchedule special construction & maintenance projects.\nAnswer and be conversant in maintenance items related to customer service calls, reviewingwork papers, scheduling work orders and general support of a field service team.\nProficient in helping create cost proposals for maintenance and construction projects.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nAssociates Degree Preferred.\n2+ years of maintenance coordination experience, scheduling, dispatching, estimating, customer service, and clerical experience.\nExcellent communication skills, written and spoken.\nCustomer service focused and team oriented.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with strong follow-up skills.\nProject management, time management, and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n
