You Are:
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for functioning as the planner/scheduler for maintenance job tasks. This role must ensure that all elements of Planning/Scheduling are aligned and accurate. Works closely with manufacturing plant personnel to ensure bill of materials and storeroom parts are correct and available for all manufacturing and utility equipment. Assists in development and loading of job tasks for calibrations, preventative maintenance and planned work orders. Assists with CAPAs, Change Controls, protocols, investigations, and maintenance projects. Writes reports and updates SOPs. Leads minor projects associated with manufacturing operations.
The opportunity:
· Analyzes work requests and create work orders as needed.
· Develops work order-based job plans.
· Plans maintenance work estimates time and resources and schedules all planned jobs.
· Manages maintenance scheduling process including attending weekly scheduled meetings.
· Daily review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness, then complete in the CMMS system.
· Ensures parts, and materials are appropriately requisitioned to complete planned jobs.
· Participates in plant preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
· Assists with planning/scheduling effort for major plant turn-around and equipment overhauls.
· Collaborate with the storeroom to ensure work orders are not scheduled without correct spare parts or kits.
· Updates and maintains all master data in the computerized maintenance system in support of the preventative maintenance program.
· Works with team to ensure all aspects of the business remain compliant and, in an audit, ready state.
· Works with manager to develop and implement maintenance standards and guidelines for master data management to ensure integrity of computer system functional design, drive the continuous improvement process, optimize resource utilization, reduce costs and improve equipment reliability.
· Embraces a behavior of employee involvement and commitment to doing the job right the first time.
· Functions as Functions as a Power User in the applicable systems and roles assigned.
· Develops and issues required Metrics and Reports.
· Partners with Maintenance, Planning, Labs, Quality Assurance, and Operations to ensure Master Data accuracy.
· Edits and authors documentation (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions) as necessary. Identify opportunities to improve procedures and assist in revisions.
· Participates in investigations as required and assists in gathering information / documentation as required.

What you need:
· Specialized knowledge of one or more sub-domains within the relevant industry vertical, and customer business domain.
· Basic knowledge of geography specific business domain and regulations, multiple industry standards and regulations and in-depth knowledge of one, sources and parameters of industry analytics, market/ industry trends / current state
· Working knowledge (awareness) of functionality of a specific product
· Working knowledge of COTS product and cross-trained in another similar COTS product that support similar business process (including basic knowledge of the competition and UST capability at a high level for the same)
· Demonstrates working knowledge of 2 or more different kinds of implementations (upgrade, new implementation, conversion / migration, enhancements, maintenance, interfaces testing) for a specific product.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation Range: $94,000-$143,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
