We have an exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance Coordinator** to join our company at our **Utica IL** production facility. VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position. This role will be on-site at the Corteva location. **What You’ll Do:** + Oversee preventative maintenance program and maintain parts/supplies inventory, including sourcing appropriate vendors as needed. + Establish positive working relationships with internal and external partners. + Repair equipment in-house or outsource repairs as needed. + Supervise and schedule maintenance work. + Ensure appropriate recordkeeping is completed. + Coordinate, troubleshoot and assist with equipment and facility repairs. + Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across shifts and departments. + Promote and implement continuous improvement. + Adhere to all safety quality and productivity standards and requirements. + Other duties as assigned. **Education:** + You have a High School diploma/GED equivalent. **What Skills You Need:** + You have a valid US driver’s license. + You know how to schedule work/jobs and you do a great job of following-up on completion status. + You have a good understanding of maintaining/repairing, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mechanical power transmission systems, electrical systems, welding, and fabrication work. + You are willing and able to work in environments that include: tight or closed-in spaces, climb stairs/ladders and working at heights, stand or walk for extended periods of time, frequent bending and reaching, working outdoors and in inclement weather. + You are experienced in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel. + You are able to work both independently and in a team environment with limited supervision. + You are willing and able to work a day schedule as well as overtime hours including weekend work as needed during seasonal peaks. **What Makes You Stand Out:** + Experience with a CMMS (SAP) for work orders and parts inventory. + Automation knowledge. + Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work.
