Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Job Description

Manage the maintenance team and coordinate repair schedules according to priority levels. Review the maintenance program for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. Assess schematic diagrams to properly plan and initiate new installations. Coordinate daily preventative and corrective maintenance duties for maintenance technicians. Serve as a backup Maintenance Technician when needed. Oversee maintenance logs, order parts, and keep track of company inventory.

Work Environment

Work the 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will be the only person on the shift and will work with other production managers to complete urgent maintenance and repairs. The environment is not climate-controlled, so it can be hot in the summer and cold near doors in the winter. A golf cart with all necessary tools will be provided to navigate the plant. Occasionally, you may need to assist at the Norwalk location during the 2nd shift, but most of your time will be spent at the West Des Moines plant.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of West Des Moines, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00
