Maintenance Coordinator

Our Consumer Manufacturing Client is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team in Lititz, PA. This individual will be responsible for analyzing work requests and create work orders as needed, develop work order-based job plans, plan maintenance work estimates time and resources and schedule all planned jobs, and manage maintenance scheduling processes including attending weekly scheduled meetings. They will ensure parts and materials are appropriately requisitioned to complete planned jobs and assist with the planning and scheduling of plant turn-around and equipment hauls. They will collaborate with the storeroom to ensure work orders are not scheduled without correct spare parts or kits, update and maintain all master data in the computer systems, and work with the team to ensure all aspects of the business remain compliant and, in an audit, ready state. They will also edit and author documentation including SOPs, and work instructions as needed and identify opportunities to improve procedures and assist in revisions.
