\n \n Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Coordinator will support the entire division and schedule large vendor and maintenance projects for multiple HOA / CONDO properties across the DMV; write and manage proposals for maintenance projects; meet with vendors and managers onsite regarding maintenance projects; manage projects through completion.\n\nDuties include:\n\nServe as in-office assistance for the maintenance & construction field technicians.\nSchedule, dispatch, process & track the completion of property association work orders; schedule special construction & maintenance projects; update changes with association managers, vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff.\nReceive, input, update, and close out maintenance related work orders from property association managers.\nAdminister the collection and compilation of work order information for billing.\nCommunicate schedule and completion of work orders with property association community managers.\nIdentify and Issue maintenance work orders to technicians and vendors.\nDispatch After hour emergencies on a rotating basis.\nUtilize technology provided including software, mobile devices, email and other resources.\n\n Requirements\nKnowledgeable in residential maintenance and or construction for single/multifamily dwellings.\nAbility to take ownership and initiative over tasks assigned.\nOutstanding customer service and communication skills.\nHighly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.\nEffective change management, problem solving ability, high degree of flexibility and high tolerance for change.\nTeam oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.\n\n\n
