Maintenance Coordinator

Are you an experienced **Maintenance Mechanic** with expertise in **Food Manufacturing** ? We are seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator- in the food manufacturing industry** to lead and drive key initiatives within our **Manufacturing Facility** . If you have **10 years of manufacturing experience** and a passion for **cross-functional collaboration, strategic execution, and process improvement** , this role is for you!
**Job Duties:**
· Provide maintenance support to entire facility effectively and efficiently.
· Quick response to maintenance related issue by quickly resolving problems and making necessary adjustments as needed to maintain safety, product integrity and production efficiencies.
· All aspects of incoming power and distribution to the plants, Knowledge of single lines of plant power distribution system and MCC rooms, Strong working relationship with power provider (TID), Strong working relationship with Electrical PM vendors.
· Electrical plant equipment, any electrical components/equipment from 24volts to 4160volts, documentation control of all electrical As-Built drawings, change management/document control of any electrical changes.
· Process and Automation equipment & controls, PLC’s, VFD’s, Switches, documentation control of all PLC, VFD, programs As-Delivered programs, change management/document control for any automation programs.
· Controls network, switches, HMI, Cabling, Interface cards, Documentation control of all managed switch configuration.
· Electrical training for staff, Basic electrical, instrumentation and process controls, PLC (troubleshooting/navigation)
· Mechanical equipment, Pumps/Motors/Gearboxes, boilers, chillers, air compressors
· Plant checkouts
· Ensure job quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
· Coordination of E&I maintenance activities with plant operations and maintenance as well as follow up on ways to continuously improve.
· Provide detailed reports on downtime issues to promote proactive responses and practices.
· CMMS work order management and work order processes
· Promote and foster effective relationships with all plant personnel on an ongoing basis.
· Maintain an “On Call” status for plant breakdowns.
· Provide and promote “Excellence” in Customer Service.
· Provide excellent oral and written communication.
· Promote company culture
· Demonstrate a cooperative effort to train and assist operators and peers in all aspects of equipment maintenance and operation, problem identification and problem-solving skills.
· Participate in team meetings; suggest changes in work tasks and use of equipment to increase efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
· Ensure safe operations through adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and procedures.
· Strict adherence to housekeeping. Cleans work areas upon completing a project and plant GMPs and in alignment with SQF requirements
· Foster teamwork
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Annual completion of OSHA regulatory training and company safety training program
**Leadership**
· Achieve common business goals through cooperative alignment with all departments.
· Develop and mentor professional growth & advancement of department staff.
Technical knowledge requirements
· Strategic knowledge of production operations and associated process controls
· Advanced knowledge of plant technical activities through technical study and training
· New equipment implementation through vendor facilitation and training.
· Advanced industry related courses
· Software proficiency in Excel, word, power point and outlook.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
High School Diploma/GED with minimum 10 years industrial maintenance electrical/automation experience.
AA degree in Industrial Electric Preferred
BA/BS degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Prior experience in a food or highly regulated manufacturing environment a plus.
**Pay Details:** $85,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
