As the Maintenance Coordinator at our Reno plant in McCarran, you will lead all coordinating of services and contractors needed daily. You will work an onsite schedule and report to the Plant Engineering Manager at the Reno, facility. 

Key Responsibilities 
•    Print PM’s/ WO’s and manage them in the system.
•    Manage inventory and perform inventory checks on maintenance and equipment parts.
•    Setup and maintain kanban system for parts and supplies where applicable and order parts and tools.
•    Put parts received back on the shelves and update inventory in eMaint.
•    Create quantity receipts in ePro for items received.
•    Schedule/ coordinate contract PM & service work for the building (understand nature of work, issue the necessary permits, update on status of the work).
•    Conduct contractor safety training. 
•    Work with suppliers on their ePro access, main contact for supplier issues. 
•    Keep maintenance manager fully informed of all plans and changes to plans. 

Qualifications 
•    High School Diploma required.
•    1-3 years of experience working within a facility coordinating activities.
•    Must have Microsoft knowledge with familiarity in Excel.
