Maintenance Coordinator

You will become a crucial part of a team that strictly adheres to world-class standards, ensuring flawless operations. **A day in the Life:** + Plan and schedule maintenance activities using our CMMS. + Prepare job kits, ensuring all parts are ordered, reserved and available. + Collaborate with important collaborators to minimize interruptions in production. + Identifies safety, quality and regulatory requirements for maintenance activities. + Prioritizes work orders and maintenance requests based on risks, costs, resource availability and equipment accessibility. + Estimates labor and material costs for management approval. + Manage small projects, contracted services and building outages. **Keys to Success:** + Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to determine priorities and manage multiple tasks successfully. + Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to implement solutions. **Education** + Bachelor's degree in a technical field with a major concentration in Engineering Technology or Industry Engineering is preferred. + Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. **Experience** + 5 years experience in maintenance planning. + 5 years using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + Background in engineering or industrial maintenance. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Solid grasp of standard methodologies for maintenance. + Excellent communication and coordination skills. + Ability to develop and follow maintenance plans and schedules. **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** This role requires occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in various industrial environments. **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
