Job Summary:

The primary role of this position is to provide an extraordinary vacation experience for our Owners and Guests by maintaining our First Tracks Lodge property to a five-star standard.  As a part-time Strata Maintenance Technician, you will be working alone, performing property touch-ups and repairs at First Tracks Lodge.  

 

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour Skill Level: Entry Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round, Part Time

 

Job Responsibilities:

Embrace Lodging Ovation’s Leadership Best Practices and Mission to ensure an extraordinary vacation experience for Owners and Guests.  Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures and policies. Notify supervisor or management of all unsafe conditions and practices.  Adhere to all Vail Resorts and Lodging Ovations training, policies and procedures.  Routinely patrol all common (strata) spaces at First Tracks Lodge to inspect and correct any defect in:  Paint Finish and Drywall  Woodwork  Flooring (Tile, Grout, Carpet)  Lighting  Other strata assets as directed  Keep all work areas clean and organized. Report all missing tools and required supplies to a supervisor.  Maintain accurate records of all work performed, outstanding tasks, and noted deficiencies 

 

Job Qualifications:

Ability to work efficiently at heights 

Able to lift and carry 50 pounds 

Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions 

Must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc.
