We are currently looking for a dedicated and dependable professional to join our team at one of our managed properties in Madeira Beach, FL as a Maintenance Custodian. Join Associa as a Maintenance Custodian and contribute to the upkeep and functionality of our managed properties. We are seeking a reliable individual with a passion for ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for our residents.

Maintenance Custodians are responsible for keeping buildings and grounds clean by picking up debris, sweeping, and mopping, as well as cleaning bathrooms and maintaining necessary supplies fully stocked. Maintenance custodians also complete several other functions, such as cleaning windows, vacuuming, dusting and emptying out trash.

Compensation/Pay:

\n

This is an hourly position with pay in the area of $15.00 per hour.

\n

\n

Schedule:

\n

We are currently looking to fill a part time position.

\n

\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nCleaning assigned areas including furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls,
windows, windowsills, blinds, and vents\nSweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areas\nClean rest room facilities and replenish supplies\nPerform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set ups\nCollect and remove trash and recyclables\nOther duties as assigned\n\n Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

\n\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation,
safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)\nKnowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements\nKnowledge of equipment associated with custodial trades\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a
proficient level\nProfessional customer service skills\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills\n\n

High School Diploma or GED Required:

\n\n0-3 years of directly related or closely related experience\n\n
