The Fountains at Millbrook is located on about 200 acres near the village of Millbrook. There is one main building and multiple outlying buildings made up of cottages and other apartments, with the associated utilities and mechanical plants supporting those buildings.
We are looking for an experienced individual that has supervised maintenance in the following areas:
Sets overall maintenance department goals, processes, or procedures to accomplish company objectivesEnsures all health, safety, and regulations are followedCreates a preventive maintenance system as well as procedures to keep day-to-day operations running smoothlyBuildingGroundsCarpentryMechanics
Plumbing
Electric
OSHA and Company policies, procedures, and standardsScheduling and managing a staff of 5-6 associates
- This is a salaried position which will require some weekends and on-call.
If you are highly motivated and able to anticipate the needs of facility large health care community, we would like to meet you. We are looking for someone that is fully knowledgeable of all building systems, safety standards and state and federal compliance regulations including all emergency systems and has a great history making sound decisions regarding the maintenance and integrity of these systems.
We are looking for a leader that is a strategic planner, has an excellent ability to manage, supervise and educate their staff and will stay on top of and ahead of repairs, maintenance, capital item replacements, expenses and projects.
