**Position Overview:** We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Germantown, WI! In this role, you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical systems across our plant, including production equipment, fillers, packaging, robotics, and automation. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, preventing downtime and supporting our operations. If you have strong electrical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to quality, we’d love to have you on board! **Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, relays, PLC controls, and more. + Use test equipment like oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and megohmeters. + Interpret ladder diagrams and troubleshoot programmable controllers. + Work with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Maintain accurate repair logs in CMMS. + Assist with other tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Journeyman Card or 4+ years of electrical experience (PLCs, relays, ladder logic, etc.), or equivalent military experience. + Familiar with Lock Out Tag Out procedures. + Strong mechanical and technical aptitude. + Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. + Flexibility for overtime. **What We Offer:** + Competitive pay. + Full medical benefits. + A supportive team environment in Germantown, WI.
