If you are interested in this position, please submit your application. **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Pay Rate** : $32-37/Hour **Location** : Lake Station, IN **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong focus on electrical work (70% electrical, 30% mechanical) to join our creative packaging company. **Hard Skills** + Electrical Troubleshooting of Packaging Equipment + X-ray Machines + Blenders + Mixers + Baggers + Labelers + Ink Jet Coders + Heat Shrinking Machines + Electrical Troubleshooting and Wiring up to 480V Motors + Troubleshooting and Repairing Variable Frequency Drives + Troubleshooting PLCs + Using HMI Programs + Wiring and Installing New Machinery + Mechanical Troubleshooting of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems + Replacing, Troubleshooting, and Repairing Photo Eyes + Preventative Maintenance + Using MRP System **Soft Skills** + Problem-solving skills + Attention to detail + Ability to work independently + Strong communication skills + Flexibility in shift start times **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Lake Station, Indiana. **Work Environment** Clean manufacturing facility, temperature-controlled.
