**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** We are looking for an operator for our ROCO Machine. This is an automated machine that strips the concrete pipe we made the day before and sends it outside. This operator will also conduct a good amount of the maintenance for this machine. This position starts at 6:00 AM and is part of a small crew that must be able to rely on each other, so the candidate must have great attendance. **Responsibilities** + Commit to safety. + Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. + Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. + Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. + Conduct general-purpose steel fabrication and welding. + Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines. + Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. + Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. + Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. + Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. + Detect faulty operations and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. + Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. + Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. **Essential Skills** + Electrical + Troubleshooting + Mechanical + Pneumatics + Hydraulics + Machine operation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing + Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, welding, and industrial skills + Highly motivated and able to work independently **Why Work Here?** We offer a collaborative work environment where team members rely on each other.
