**Job Title: 1st shift Industrial Electrician (Dayton, OH)** **Job Description:** + 480V motor troubleshooting and rewiring + 4160V panel troubleshooting + PLC troubleshooting and card changes + Allen Bradley – old and new, mixed bag on versions + Work on motors, starts and inputs/outputs **Must Have Skills:** Mid Level Electrician (2 openings) + PLC troubleshooting – Allen Bradley + 480V troubleshooting and repair + Controls experience – drives and motors Entry Level Electrician (1 opening) + Running conduit + Wire pulling + Basic industrial electrical knowledge + Must be willing and able to learn instrumentation **Shift:** + 1st shift 7:00AM to 5:30PM + Monday-Thursday + Occasional scheduled overtime on Fridays and weekends for shut downs and projects + Average of 45 to 55 hours every week **Work Environment:** + Candidates will work outside quite a bit of the time so they must be open to elements (cold, wind, rain, snow, wind, etc.) + Candidates will also be working at heights (up to 100 feet) sometimes so that cannot be a problem. + Heavy industrial environment **Company Benefits** : + **Vacation** : will be given 24 hours of PTO, 2 floating holidays, and 2 weeks of vacation once you’re brought on direct (accrued on a monthly basis). + **Insurance** : offers 5 different health insurance plans: PPO, HSA, flexible spending account, etc. + **401k matching** : 100% dollar-for-dollar for employee contributions up to 3% and 50% matching for contributions from 3% up to 6% + Optional Roth IRA investment plans **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
