Maintenance Electrician
Shift: This role is 1st Shift, with various start times-various end times Hourly Rate: $39.07 an hour The Maintenance Specialist ET reports to the Maintenance Team Lead and is responsible for various responsibilities, including conducting planned maintenance activities, installing, maintaining, and operating all plant electrical, troubleshooting and programming PLCs according to procedure, observing all safety regulations, and ensuring GMP and quality standards are met to maintain the efficient flow of production. You Will: + Install, maintain, and operate all plant electrical (e.g., switch gear, high/low volt, drives, parts, and lighting) + Set-up all electronic equipment for scheduled production runs + Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all electronic equipment (e.g., wiring, scales, and metal detectors) + Troubleshoot and program PLC's and encoder systems including wiring + Conduct daily/weekly electrical PM's + Fabricate custom electronic parts + Implement safety devices on production lines + Complete required reports (e.g., PM, Work Orders, Centerline) in English **You Have:** + Education: High school diploma or GED required. College or trade school. + Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of electrical/electronic or related experience required. PLC certification preferred. + Knowledge of Plant safety, GMP's, & confined spaces + Read, write, communicate, and comprehend written instructions in English + Knowledge of electronic testing equipment + Knowledge of Planned Maintenance + Read and interpret complex electrical schematics/prints + Complete work/purchase requests + Lift up to 75 lbs.
