Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Electrician responsible for performing preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. This includes working with motors, electrical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, melters, furnaces, ovens, water cooling systems, vibratory equipment, coilers, blenders, and scales. You will need to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot and repair 480v 3-phase equipment, read ladder logic, and perform edits to PLCs. PLC programming skills are strongly desired. A minimum of 10 years of experience working with industrial electrical equipment and a high school diploma or GED is required.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Work with motors, electrical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, melters, furnaces, ovens, water cooling systems, vibratory equipment, coilers, blenders, and scales.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Troubleshoot and repair 480v 3-phase equipment.Read ladder logic, troubleshoot, and perform edits to PLCs.Ensure safety and attention to detail in all tasks.Essential Skills10+ years of experience with industrial electrical equipment.High School Diploma or GED.Industrial mechanic and electrical maintenance experience up to 480v 3-phase.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Ability to read ladder logic, check inputs/outputs, and make minor PLC edits.Safety-minded with a strong work ethic.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-year electrical certification or equivalent experience.PLC programming skills are strongly desired.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
