Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to work from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic issues, servicing electrical panels, and replacing motors and control panels. This role requires the use of various electrical and electronic test equipment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics on machinesRun conduit and pull wire (minimal)Service electrical panels and breakersWork from blueprints, diagrams, and schematicsTroubleshoot all electrical and electronic breakdownsReplace 3-phase motors, control panels, and gaugesReplace brushes and bearings for motors, tachometers, and generatorsInstall, replace, and repair microprocessors, programmable controllers, solid state controls, temperature controls, motors, gauges, and control panelsUse electrical and electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ammeters, meggers, digital meters, calibration apparatus, and laptop computersEssential SkillsExperience with PLC troubleshootingElectrical maintenance expertiseAbility to work with voltmeters and other electrical test equipmentKnowledge of electrical troubleshootingExperience with electric panels and 3-phase motorsAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMaintenance associate degree preferred but not requiredExperience with Fanuc robots is a plusWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment includes both hot areas and air-conditioned spaces, with some sections being very clean and others greasy or dirty, especially in the adhesive rooms. We have a close-knit team that supports new members. All tools are provided. This position is for the 3rd shift, from 10:50 pm to 6:50 am, with some overtime required as needed.
