Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

Pay: $35.56/hr

Shift: 5p-5a 4 on/4 off rotating shift (training on 1st shift)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician responsible for maintaining electrical systems and automated processes in a manufacturing facility producing metal containers for food and beverage storage. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in maintenance with proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair of sensors, electric motors, production machinery, and PLC troubleshooting.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain electrical systems and automated processes.Troubleshoot and repair sensors, electric motors, and production machinery.Perform PLC troubleshooting.Handle wiring and electrical schematic tasks.Work with 480V, 3-phase systems.Program PLCs and HMIs.Manage pneumatics and magnetic controls, including switches, relays, and solenoids.Essential SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience or schooling in Industrial Maintenance.Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.Experience with 480V, 3-phase systems.PLC troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of electric motors, PLC programming, and HMI programming.Understanding of pneumatics and magnetic controls (relays, switches, solenoids).Additional Skills & Qualifications4+ years of maintenance experience.Advanced PLC programming skills.Experience with HMI programming.Knowledge of pneumatics.Why Work Here?

The position is located in a large manufacturing plant. While some areas may be loud, the facility is generally clean and well-lit. It is not climate-controlled, but it remains comfortable in most areas. The role offers a solid variety of production machinery to work on, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
