**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician** **Job Description** Maintenance Electrician | $31.04-$32.24/hr | Dupont Schedule 4-3-3 Days/Nights rotating on 12's (6a-6p-6p/6a) | Dover, OH **Responsibilities** + Perform industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting from 12v-480v and 3 phase. + Troubleshoot electrical issues in the plant including circuits, motors, breakers, lighting, control boxes/panels, machine controls, sensors, switches, and photo eyes. + Assist with special installations and projects. + Work on equipment and machinery such as heat exchangers, pumps, mixers, boiler/steam systems, material handlers, filtration systems, storage tanks, and more. + Understand and interpret schematics. + Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs in a timely manner. + Read equipment manuals to ensure appropriate operation and repair of equipment. + Complete and maintain efficient and accurate paperwork as needed. + Install and dismantle equipment. + Use electrical tools, equipment, and systems effectively. **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in preventative and corrective industrial electrical maintenance. + Experience with motors, sensors, switches, photo eyes, circuits, breakers, panels, and variable drives. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Experience with 12v-480v electric and 3 phase systems. + Skill in point-to-point wiring and diagnosis. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Electrical automation skills including automation, instrumentation, and robotics. + Experience with pneumatics and pumps. + Experience in chemical manufacturing. + Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, Siemens control, and Fanuc control. **Why Work Here?** - Comprehensive medical, prescription, and dental coverage with $0 monthly premium deduction. - $1000 company-paid contribution annually to your personal Health Savings Account (HSA). - Company-paid life insurance. - 12 paid holidays. - 401(k) Employee Savings Plan with company matching funds. - Paid vacation and tuition assistance. - Growing company in the Oil/Gas, Plastics, Rubber, and Textiles industries. - All tools provided. - Quarterly bonuses dependent on company performance. - 1st shift only. - Great team of 16 in the maintenance department and engineering support team. **Work Environment** Starting rate of $28.71 during initial training, increasing to $32.21 after a successful 90-day training period, and to $33.21 twelve months from hire date. Work schedule involves rotating shifts: work 4 nights, off 3 days, work 3 days, off 1 day, work 3 nights, off 3 days, work 4 days, off 7 days. Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
