**Job Description**
The maintenance technician will perform preventative and repair maintenance on gas and fire furnaces used for molding. Ideal candidates will have experience in welding and fabrication, manual machining, and piping.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and repair maintenance on gas and fire furnaces.
+ Create parts for various companies and first responder oxygen valves.
+ Utilize welding and fabrication skills.
+ Engage in manual machining and piping tasks.
+ Use electrical testing devices and meters such as multimeters, amp clamps, and MEGGARs.
+ Work with NFPA and 70E codes to ensure safety and compliance.
+ Read and follow electrical prints.
+ Troubleshoot 24vdc through 1000vac circuits.
+ Size electrical circuit components such as transformers, wires, circuit breakers, motor protection, and conduit.
+ Run EMT and IMC conduit proficiently.
+ Work with Rockwell Automation Products, including VFDs and Micrologix PLCs.
+ Perform panel building by using prints.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
