**Job Title: Electrical Technician** **Job Description** The Electrical Technician will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic equipment. Additionally, as a part of the team, the Electrical Technician is required to assist both Production and Mechanical departments as necessary. Must be able to work rotating shifts and scheduled/unscheduled overtime including nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within our team; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic equipment. + Assist both Production and Mechanical departments as necessary. + Ensure compliance with safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. + Work rotating shifts and scheduled/unscheduled overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley and Siemens, including the ability to make edits and troubleshoot. + Understanding of motor controls, AC drives, and power distribution. + Experience with high voltage systems and 480V. + Navy Nuclear experience is highly preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with sensors and power distribution. + Understanding of motor controls and AC drives. + Experience with high voltage systems. + Former Navy Nuclear candidates are highly preferred. **Why Work Here?** Our production-based pay system ensures competitive compensation with opportunities for significant earnings. The work schedule includes rotating shifts of 12-hour days and nights with four days on and four days off. There are over 1,000 employees and 300 contractors on-site. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Huger, South Carolina. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr. Production Based Pay system w/base pay - We had someone start in March 2023 and last year they made 95K.
