**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician** **Job Description** Maintenance Electrician | $28.70-$32.20/hr | Dupont Schedule 4-3-3 Day time on 12's (6a-6p) | Dover, OH. Perform industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting from 12v-480v and 3 phase. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot electrical systems in the plant, including circuits, motors, breakers, lighting, control boxes/panels, machine controls, sensors, switches, and photo eyes. + Assist with special installations and projects. + Work on equipment and machinery such as heat exchangers, pumps, mixers, boiler/steam systems, material handlers, filtration systems, and storage tanks. + Understand and interpret schematics. + Perform electrical preventative and corrective maintenance. + Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs in a timely manner. + Read equipment manuals to ensure appropriate operation and repair of equipment. + Complete and maintain efficient and accurate paperwork as needed. + Install and dismantle equipment. **Essential Skills** + Industrial electrical maintenance experience (12v-480v and 3 phase). + Troubleshooting electrical systems, circuits, motors, breakers, lighting, control boxes/panels, machine controls, sensors, switches, and photo eyes. + Experience with schematics and blueprints. + Proficiency in point-to-point wiring and diagnosis. + 4+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with electrical automation, instrumentation, and robotics. + Pneumatics and pumps experience. + Experience in chemical manufacturing is a plus. + Familiarity with Siemens control, the person control, Fanuc control, PLC troubleshooting, and electronics. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company in the Oil/Gas, Plastics, Rubber, and Textiles industries. The starting rate is $28.71 during initial training, increasing to $32.21 upon successfully passing the electrical assessment. After twelve months, the rate increases to $33.21. The work schedule follows a Dupont schedule: work 4 days, off 3 days, work 3 days, off 1 day, work 3 days, off 3 days, work 4 days. Every 28 days, get 7 days off (optional). Work every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. The environment is both indoors and outdoors, unionized, and you may be on call for an 11-day straight work period when needed.
