The Maintenance Specialist ET reports to the Maintenance Team Lead and is responsible for various responsibilities, including conducting planned maintenance activities, installing, maintaining, and operating all plant electrical, troubleshooting and programming PLCs according to procedure, observing all safety regulations, and ensuring GMP and quality standards are met to maintain the efficient flow of production.
You Will:
Install, maintain, and operate all plant electrical (e.g., switch gear, high/low volt, drives, parts, and lighting)Set-up all electronic equipment for scheduled production runsTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair all electronic equipment (e.g., wiring, scales, and metal detectors)Troubleshoot and program PLC's and encoder systems including wiringConduct daily/weekly electrical PM'sFabricate custom electronic partsImplement safety devices on production linesComplete required reports (e.g., PM, Work Orders, Centerline) in EnglishYou Have:
Education: High school diploma or GED required. College or trade school.Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of electrical/electronic or related experience required. PLC certification preferred.Knowledge of Plant safety, GMP's, & confined spacesRead, write, communicate, and comprehend written instructions in EnglishKnowledge of electronic testing equipmentKnowledge of Planned MaintenanceRead and interpret complex electrical schematics/printsComplete work/purchase requestsLift up to 75 lbs.Anticipated Close Date: April 25, 2025Location: Oakdale, CaliforniaOur Benefits:
