\n \n Job Description

Maintenance Engineers are in charge of resolving and preventing technical issues while communicatingproperly with other workers and clients in the organization. Most maintenance engineers are part of abig team that deals with making sure that all equipment used by their company is working correctly andup to standards. Moreover, they are required to strictly follow their organization's safety standards andregulations, and lead the way in preventing accidents in the workplace.

Work hours: 7:30am - 4pm M-F

\n

\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nInspects and diagnoses machine malfunctions.\nRepairs and replaces defective machines or equipment.\nUses a wide variety of tools and equipment to ensure proper maintenance of machines.\nRecord and document type and cost of repair work needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

\n

Pay rate: $27-$30 an hour.

\n Requirements\n5+ years of directly related experience.\nValid driver's license is required.\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting,regulations, etc.).\nKnowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.\nKnowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nKnowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\n\n
