Job Description
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and procedures to ensure that equipment is maintained efficiently and effectivelyPrepare maintenance reports and keep detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairsDiagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systemsInspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and determine needed repairsUtilize computerized maintenance management systems to track and report maintenance activitiesCommunicate with other departments to coordinate repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance activitiesPerform preventative maintenance on all production and manufacturing equipmentInstall, move, and maintain production and manufacturing equipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Work Experience
Proven experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systemsKnowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and other related softwareStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamMinimum of 2 years experience
